I am attorney William Berlowitz. When I began my legal career more than 35 years ago, I worked in a variety of legal disciplines, including criminal defense, bankruptcy, probate administration and family law.
After a few years, I decided I could better serve clients by focusing my efforts and attention on one practice area. The bulk of my career is dedicated to providing injured people in Lincoln and throughout southeastern Nebraska with the most effective personal injury representation possible.
I am very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to personal injury and workers' compensation. From 2001 through 2009, I authored a weekly legal advice column for the Lincoln Journal Star. I have also been a presenter at workers' compensation seminars, and in 2006, I served as chairperson and planner of the Workers' Compensation Court Seminar of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Due to my membership in the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, I have developed professional relationships with a network of skilled lawyers whom I can turn when necessary.
